The Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects on time, within scope, and within budget. This role involves coordinating internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure all aspects of the project meet organizational goals and quality standards. The Project Manager will also monitor project progress, manage risks, and communicate status updates to leadership and clients.

Required Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (3–7 years) as a Project Manager or in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid).
  • Proficient in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana, Trello).
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.

Job Description

The Senior Manager – Finance & Accounts is responsible for overseeing all financial and accounting operations of the organization. This role ensures compliance with regulatory requirements, manages financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting, and provides strategic insights to support business decisions. The Senior Manager will lead the finance team, develop internal controls, and collaborate with other departments and senior management to ensure the company’s financial health and growth.

Required Skills
  • Chartered Accountant (CA), Cost Accountant (ICWA), CPA, or MBA in Finance.
  • 8–15 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting roles, with at least 3–5 years in a managerial capacity.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, auditing, and financial reporting standards (IND-AS / IFRS / GAAP).
  • Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
  • Excellent understanding of ERP/accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Tally, QuickBooks).
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • High attention to detail, accuracy, and integrity.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines under pressure.
Desired Skills
  • Experience in corporate finance, mergers & acquisitions, or treasury management.
  • Exposure to international accounting and tax regulations.
