Credentials Review

At Krasny Defence Technologies Limited, we're interested in your abilities and talents. We want to see what sets you apart. To reach that understanding in a fair and accurate way, our recruiting teams assess your qualities as a candidate against the requirements of the position. We identify the ‘best fit’ candidates, whose education, experience and skills match those requirements. The Interview

The candidates will be interviewed by functional managers and head of departments from the relevant area of expertise. Krasny Defence Technologies Limited uses a behavioral based interview process where we assess your education, skills, abilities and experiences as it relates to the opening for which you are interviewing. We also evaluate the personal and professional competencies you possess compared to those we believe are critical success factors for the open position. The Selection Decision

By the end of the process, we have a good sense of your strengths as a candidate. From here, we select the candidate most qualified for the position. Because we know this is important to you, our goal is to always communicate our decisions in a timely manner.
