Through our wholly owned subsidiary, Krasny Kamen, we are actively expanding our global footprint by delivering world-class shipbuilding services to Russia. Our expertise spans comprehensive electrical outfitting valued at ~INR 100 Cr, including cabling connectorisation, HV connectorisation, and installation of small equipment, ensuring seamless integration and operational readiness.
We are currently executing two major hull block fabrication contracts worth ~INR 100 Cr, reinforcing our capabilities in large-scale marine construction. In addition, proposals have been submitted for block joining activities, with further opportunities in blasting and painting underway. We are also exploring prospective supply of equipment and material, strengthening our position as a trusted partner in international shipbuilding programs.

Krasny is actively contributing to India’s self-reliance in defence and maritime capability through strategic projects under the Make in India initiative. Our expertise includes the successful upgrade of Fregat M2EM systems across 10 platforms, strengthening the operational readiness and performance of naval assets. We are also engaged in the development and delivery of Active Towed Array Sonar systems—14 units along with 2 truncated variants—enhancing underwater surveillance and warfighting capabilities for the Indian Navy.
In collaboration with NTRO, we are undertaking advanced technology development programs, driving indigenous innovation in critical defence domains. Additionally, Krasny is deeply involved in new ship and submarine construction projects with major DPSU shipyards, supporting end-to-end integration and capability enhancement.
